CDP wine tasting

A very interesting visit to a local winemaker with very good English to explain the different processes to produce the Chateauneuf du Pape. The tasting was excellent and the whole experience very enjoyable.

Selvole is a special place for those looking for the history of Chianti, set in the countryside, at first glance it is not found immediately as it is not a tourist spot, whoever comes here is looking for a genuine experience. You will be welcomed by the owner, Mr. Guido, a person who is not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and helpful. The tasting is perfect, the wines offered very good especially the reserve, the quality-price ratio is spectacular, a wonderful day, thanks and goodbye for sure.

We had such a good time. We felt very at ease with Giulia she made the experience personal and very informative. Wine was some of the best I’ve had!! Winery is small but beautiful! I definitely recommend.

The staff who welcomed us was very professional and accompanied us throughout the tasting, showing us the production areas and fully explaining all the winery's activities.
