You'll be welcomed by Mauro, the winery's administrator, who will guide you throughout the experience. During the visit, you'll explore the production winery, where Mauro will explain the winemaking process, the grape varieties used, the meaning behind each wine's name, and the historical, geographical, and cultural heritage of the San Ginesio area through an engaging and interactive tasting.

The tasting takes place in the winery's entrance tasting room and includes 5 wines, with the selection varying according to the guests. The tasting typically features:
