Experience the heart of Bajta with a guided tour that takes you through our unique cellars and maturing rooms, all carved into the rock of the Karst region. Learn about our traditional methods and the care we put into every step of our production process.

After the tour, enjoy a tasting of wines from our Classica line. Choose from Vitovska Majnik, Malvasia Istriana, Terrano, Roza, Mediteraneo M.C. 36m Pas Dosè, or Terraroza M.C. 36m Pas Dosè. Each wine is crafted to highlight the best of our vineyards.

Your tasting will be accompanied by a rich platter of cured meats. Enjoy the flavors of Prosciutto Crudo del Carso, Copp, Smoked Lonza, Salame di Grotta, and Smoked Bacon. Each item is carefully selected to complement the wines and provide a delicious, satisfying experience.

Interesting experience and helpfulness
The staff who welcomed us was very professional and accompanied us throughout the tasting, showing us the production areas and fully explaining all the winery's activities. In the second phase of the experience, the actual tasting began, which was accompanied by their cold cuts. Wonderful experience. Recommended.

Bajta Karst Farm
A beautiful experience! A rustic and well-kept place, where I tasted sublime products made on-site (the lardo is sublime, to say the least) and tasted very good wines.

Friendly staff and good quality local products. Visits to the cellar.
Maybe it would be nice to also see the outside, the vineyards, etc. In general the visit and the tasting are worth it, plus it's close to Trieste.
