We begin the morning by exploring the historic old town of Aix-en-Provence, following in the footsteps of Paul Cézanne, whose legacy is deeply connected to the city.
Leaving Aix, we head south through the Mont Sainte-Victoire National Park, a powerful symbol of Provence rising over 1,000 meters above the surrounding landscape. This iconic mountain overlooks rolling hills and vineyards near the historic Provençal village of Puyloubier. Here, enjoy a relaxing pause for lunch in a charming village square, under the shade of a tree beside the village fountain.
In the afternoon, we begin our wine discovery with a visit to Domaine de Saint Ser, a small and distinctive winery committed to biodiversity. The vineyard sits at one of the highest points in the area, nestled against the steep slopes of the mountain, benefiting from intense sunshine and a dry Mediterranean climate.
Next, a short drive brings us to Domaine Terre de Mistral, a family-run estate producing a wide range of award-winning red, white, and rosé wines, as well as olive oil. Each wine is named after a family member, reflecting the estate’s deep local roots and personal approach to winemaking.
After the final tasting, we return comfortably to your hotel or villa.
