The Pyramid: Prosecco Tasting and Winery Tour at Cartizze PDC in Valdobbiadene

Your experience begins in the panoramic tasting room of the Cartizze PDC estate, a modern winery surrounded by its vineyards. Here, a sommelier from the winery's team will welcome you with an introduction to the Valdobbiadene territory.

You will then move on to a guided tasting of three distinct sparkling wines, allowing you to compare the nuances of Prosecco DOC, Valdobbiadene DOCG, and the prestigious Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG. Each wine is paired with a selection of local products, including Piave Mezzano cheese, a "Major" mountain cheese from Valdobbiadene, breadsticks, and traditional Fregolotta cake.

Following the tasting, your host will lead you on a tour of the winery to show you the methods used to produce Cartizze PDC sparkling wines.
