Wine Tasting in Valdobbiadene: A Journey through the Hills and Flavors
The tasting was well-organized and allowed us to savor a selection of 6 glasses of prosecco and Cartizze, accompanied by a platter of local sopressa and cheese. Each wine came with a detailed explanation of its characteristics, the production process, and the peculiarities of the soil.
The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions with patience and passion. His in-depth knowledge of the wines and the territory significantly enriched our experience, making it not only enjoyable but also educational.
