Visit the Fedrizzi winery, located in the heart of Colli Bolognesi, and discover their great wines! During this tasting, you will discover the essence of the Bologna DOC appellation.

The Fedrizzi farm extends over 25 hectares of vineyards. Your experience will start with a walk through their vineyard in Castello di Serravalle, the production area of Pignoletto, also known as Grechetto Gentile, the only DOCG in the province of Bologna.

After visiting the vineyards, you will take a comfortable seat outdoors and taste the three most successful wines of the winery while enjoying the view over the vineyards. The wines will be served with a selection of local delicacies served with hot tigelle!

These are the wines you will taste from Bologna DOC:
- Pignoletto Spumante DOC - Charmat method, lively bubbles
- Bologna Bianco DOC Colli Bolognesi - fresh, mineral, and slightly aromatic
- Rosso Bologna DOC Colli Bolognesi - full-bodied, elegant tannins, cocoa, and red fruit notes.

Something you do not like? We are flexible with accommodating wine swaps if possible. Children will enjoy a fruit juice and a stuffed tigella, a typical bread from the area.

Tasting at Fedrizzi
A most pleasant wine tasting, right under the Serravalle castle, our guide a very efficient Stefania, knowledgeable and helpful. Young winery and truly good wines, accompanied by exquisite tigelle made with buckwheat flour, cold cuts and cheese! I highly recommend it!

Tasting at Torre Ca' Bianca
A very pleasant experience in a family-like atmosphere. We were able to taste 4 wines, and learn the history of this young but already much-appreciated winery. A recommended visit when the weather allows you to be outdoors, and admire the hills and vineyards.
