Torre Ca' Bianca, Alessandro Fedrizzi's winery in Colli Bolognesi, is ready to welcome you for this experience. Our Barbera is grown right next to the Medieval walls of Castello di Serravalle.
The Barbera grape has been grown in the hills of Bologna for at least 5 centuries, and with this experience, you'll have the opportunity to taste at least three different versions: Barbera DOC 2024, Barbera Riserva DOC 2021, and Rosso Bologna DOC (50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Barbera).
Each glass will be paired with local products from the area, such as cheese or cold cuts, to find the perfect combination.
If you are a Barbera lover, this is your tasting! Alessandro Fedrizzi's Barbera DOC 2024 is a soft and fruity medium-bodied red. Barbera DOC 2021 showcases the great ageing potential of Barbera, due to its great freshness. Rosso Bologna DOC, with its distinctive Bologna Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Barbera, is the perfect local full-body red.
Children will enjoy fruit juice and stuffed tigella, a typical bread from the area.
