The experience starts with a walk through the vineyard, followed by a tasting with one of our winemakers. This tasting guides you through the most iconic grape varieties from the Bologna hills and features the premium wines of our winery.

Wines that you will taste (it can change slightly according to the season):

- Pignoletto Metodo Classico, champagne method - fine elegant bubbles with croissant notes

- Pignoletto Superiore DOCG - dry, mineral white wine from our selected vineyards

- Barbera DOC Colli Bolognesi - round and balanced medium-bodied red

- Barbera Riserva DOC Colli Bolognesi 2021 - deep flavours with red fruit notes and soft tannins

This experience includes a pairing with local charcuterie and tigelle.

Outdoor tasting
I was gifted a tasting for two people of four different wines, accompanied by some tigelle with cold cuts. I had a wonderful time, a very friendly and down-to-earth atmosphere, the girl who assisted us, very nice, also showed us the vineyard, giving us some extra explanation.
