Torre Ca' Bianca, Alessandro Fedrizzi's winery awaits you in Colli Bolognesi for this tasting of their best bubbles, sparkling like Emilia Romagna!

The experience starts with a walk through the vineyard, followed by a tasting with one of our winemakers. This tasting guides you through the most iconic grape varieties from the Bologna hills and features the premium wines of our winery.

Wines that you will taste (it can change slightly according to the season):

- Pignoletto Metodo Classico, champagne method - fine elegant bubbles with croissant notes

- Pignoletto Superiore DOCG - dry, mineral white wine from our selected vineyards

- Barbera DOC Colli Bolognesi - round and balanced medium-bodied red

- Barbera Riserva DOC Colli Bolognesi 2021 - deep flavours with red fruit notes and soft tannins

Fantastic experience

Enchanting place located in the middle of the Bolognese hills, very evocative view. Very good wines and really nice and friendly staff.
The vermouth is an absolute must-try! The tigelle were memorable, the best I've ever tasted before!
