Knowledge Winery Tour & Wine Tasting at Famiglia Olivini on Lake Garda
Here is what's in store for you
Your experience at Famiglia Olivini begins with a welcome from a member of their hospitality team. They will guide you through the cellars, explaining the estate's philosophy and the production methods behind their wines, with a particular focus on their Metodo Classico sparkling wines.
Following the tour, the tasting takes place in the dedicated tasting room inside the winery's shop. When the weather is good, it can also be held outside under the covered portico.
You will taste four wines that represent the estate's range: a Lugana DOC Brut Metodo Classico, the still Lugana DOC, a Chiaretto Valtenesi DOC rosé, and the Merlot Notte a San Martino red. The wines are served with a platter of local specialities that change with availability, which may include savoury brioches, cheeses like caciotta or Grana, olives, and local cured meats such as salami and coppa.
Participants who prefer not to drink wine, including younger visitors, will be served water or fruit juice alongside the food platter.
