Family Tour and Wine Tasting with Local Platter at Olivini on Lake Garda

Your experience at Olivini begins in the winery, where the hospitality team will welcome you. The tour starts in the production area and continues to the Spumantificio, the facility dedicated to sparkling wine. Here, you will learn about the Metodo Classico production process. You'll then visit the Barricaia, the historic heart of the winery and the only part of the original building that remains.
The visit concludes with a guided tasting of 7 wines from the Olivini family's collection, chosen to express the character of their territory. The selection typically includes two Metodo Classico sparkling wines (one white, one rosé), two still Lugana wines, a Chiaretto rosé, the structured Notte a San Martino Merlot, and either the Explorer IGT white or a white passito. The wines are paired with a platter of local specialties, which may include savory brioches, cheeses like Caciotta or Grana with olives, or local cured meats such as salami and coppa.
The tasting is held in the winery's tasting room or, weather permitting, outside under the covered portico. For minors or anyone who prefers not to drink alcohol, water or fruit juice will be served with the food platter.

Tour & Tasting Experience - Fantastic!
However, the rest of the experience was fantastic, the wines are beautiful we tasted 9 of them and a little Grappo to complete the tasting. The meats & cheese were lovely and nicely enhanced the experience. The lady who hosted us was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to about the winery.
The tour indoor tour was informative and interesting although didn’t see all of the processes mentioned in the advert.
Overall, we loved it

Visit to the Olivini winery
Wonderful place, kind and friendly staff, unique and premium wines.
Real family story about the moon - it was really intesresting about the loyality and frienship..
The visit was a bit short for the money (we paid 280 EUR for 4 people), and as we have readed it was a part of the package to visit the land and the factory but we have visit only in the factory. It would also have been nice if we could have walked a little between the rows of grapes and learned more about grape cultivation. But the really positive thing was to have a chiose to taste 8 type of wines ( In the package was 6).
No suggestion.
Visit to Olivino Winery with Tasting
The setting is very welcoming and spacious. The winery tour began in the initial processing and fermentation area, passing through the barrel room, very evocative with classical music, all the way to the bottling line.
The tasting was very pleasant, sampling still and classic method wines. Five whites, two rosés, two reds, and a sweet wine. A pleasant experience discovering Brescian producers with a passion for genuine, quality wine.
