Join Adriano Grasso Winery, a small family-run estate between Langhe and Monferrato, for a rural and authentic wine experience. The family produces a limited number of bottles with great care for native grape varieties, cultivated organically with passion and tradition.
Adriano will welcome you and guide you through a walk among the vineyards, explaining the vine cycle and their sustainable philosophy. Along the way, you may meet Giorgio, the 84-year-old patriarch, with more than 80 harvests behind him.
The tour continues with a visit to the essential and functional cellar, where the vineyard remains the true star.
After the walk and visit, enjoy a tasting of 3 wines, paired with a “merenda sinoira”, the traditional late-afternoon Piedmontese snack featuring a platter of local cured meats, cheeses, and seasonal products.

COULD BE IMPROVED
Family atmosphere, you are welcomed into a small room with only one table that will also be shared with the other participants in the tasting (a detail that would be good to know before booking, in our case it was a small birthday party and we found two other people at the table).
The cost is high for the service offered, although the wines are excellent,
it is not a merenda sinoira (as is traditional) but a sort of platter with cold cuts and cheeses in small quantities.

Among the vine rows and in the cellar, you can breathe the respect for the land, the hard work of generations, and the love for a job done with the heart. Every sip tells their story.
The tasting of three wines was unforgettable: Adele, an elegant and fresh rosé; the Barbera d'Asti, soft and pleasant; and the Barbera Superiore, intense and enveloping. All accompanied by excellent local products, cured meats, cheeses, and a jam capable of bringing back sweet memories.
