At Adriano Grasso Winery, we are proud producers of Barbera d’Asti, a noble red that’s perfect for winter sipping and just as enjoyable lightly chilled in summer.
This unique tasting invites you to discover the evolution of this iconic wine through a vertical tasting of three vintages:

- 2020

- 2018

- 2016, harvested from the special cru parcel 242, and bottled exclusively in magnum.

Each vintage is paired with a carefully selected local food to match its profile:

- 2020 with lard and cured meats

- 2018 with a tasting of bagna cauda (traditional anchovy-garlic dip)

- 2016 with medium-aged cheeses

The experience begins with a walk through Adriano’s organic vineyards, followed by a brief cellar visit, before sitting down for this deep dive into flavor, time, and terroir.
