Etna Heritage & Innovation Wine Tasting at Terrazze dell'Etna

Discover the meeting point between tradition and innovation at Terrazze dell’Etna, where the restoration of historic terraces is combined with an ongoing search for new expressions of Etna viticulture. This experience is designed for guests who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the estate’s production philosophy and the cultural richness of wines grown on Mount Etna.

The visit includes a vineyard tour, offering insight into the unique volcanic landscape, the historic terraced vineyards, and the practices that shape the winery’s identity. You will learn how tradition, terroir, and experimentation come together in the estate’s approach to winemaking.

The experience continues with a tasting of 4 wines: Blanc Brut, Ciuri Bianco, Carusu Etna Rosso DOC, and Pinot Noir IGT Terre Siciliane. This selection highlights different facets of the estate’s production, from sparkling and white wines to Etna red and international varieties interpreted through the volcanic character of the territory.

If selected, the tasting will be paired with almonds, sun-dried tomatoes, and a selection of local cheeses served with bread and the estate’s extra virgin olive oil.
