This experience focuses on the estate’s DOC wines and offers a deeper look at the north-eastern slope of Etna, where lava-rich soils and mountain conditions shape elegant, expressive wines. During the tasting, you will sample 4 selected wines: Cinniri Etna Bianco DOC, Ciuri Bianco, Carusu Etna Rosso DOC, and Cirneco Rosso Etna DOC.
The wines are paired with almonds, sun-dried tomatoes, local cheeses, bread, and the estate’s extra virgin olive oil, creating a complete and authentic tasting experience. Ideal for guests who wish to explore the Etna territory through its denominations and discover the distinctive identity of its wines.
