An experience designed to guide guests through a deep understanding of Etna’s sparkling wine production, exploring the landscape, comparisons, and the dimension of time—from the freshness of the earliest expressions to the most evolved and complex selections.

Tasting includes: Rosé Brut, Blanc Brut, and Blanc Brut aged 50 months, compared with another Italian traditional method sparkling wine

Food pairing: almonds, sun-dried tomatoes, and a selection of local cheeses served with bread and our extra virgin olive oil
