About us:
Poças is now in the hands of the fourth generation, making it one of the few Port Wine companies that was founded and continues to be owned by the same Portuguese family. While Old Tawny Ports have long been our hallmark, our DOC Douro wines have asserted their excellence over the past three decades. Poças was honored as the 'Fortified Wine Producer of the Year 2018' by the esteemed Portuguese magazine 'Revista de Vinhos.' Furthermore, our Visitor Center, welcoming approximately 28,000 guests annually, has earned the prestigious Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence."
