No logistics. No crowds. No rushing. Just you, the Tili family, and an unforgettable afternoon in the hills above Assisi.
We take care of everything: we'll pick you up in the center of Assisi or at Spello Station and bring you directly to our organic estate. You'll explore our vineyards and wine production area, then visit our balsamic vinegar cellar for a full explanation of the production process.
The tour continues with a guided tasting of our organic wines and balsamic vinegar, paired with warm bruschetta with our extra virgin olive oil and other typical Umbrian products. Before heading back, there's time for a quiet walk through the Assisi countryside to seal the memory.
