The Sportoletti family is pleased to welcome you to their beautiful estate, nestled in the stunning landscape of Assisi DOC. Here, innovation, tradition, and technology come together in perfect harmony, giving life to wines with a distinct identity that truly expresses their territory of origin.

You will be welcomed into the winery, designed with a rational layout to ensure that every step of the production process is managed with the utmost care and efficiency, where you can discover the secrets of winemaking.

Five wines will be available for tasting, paired with carefully selected delicacies to enhance their flavors: Assisi Grechetto DOP and Villa Fidelia Bianco IGP, paired with bruschetta topped with the estate’s own olive oil; Assisi Rosso DOP and Villa Fidelia Rosso IGP, served with traditional Umbrian torta al testo filled with cured meats; and Villa Fidelia Passito, accompanied by traditional tozzetti.
