You'll begin with a walk through our centuries-old organic olive grove, where the Tili family has grown olives for generations — without a single chemical.
Then the real education begins. You'll learn to taste olive oil like a professional — understanding color, aroma, bitterness, and the difference between a good oil and a truly exceptional one. The experience also includes tasting five of our finest organic wines paired with warm bruschetta, cured meats from Norcia, and typical Umbrian cheeses.
