Here is what's in store for you
Everyone’s heard of Marsala, a sweet fortified wine that reminds of the fancy Sherries but that most people wouldn’t necessarily know much about.
We dug a little deeper and we brought back up a few little gems
Tales of families and techniques handed down one generation after the other, of old wines almost forgotten.
We came up with this tasting, a tour of the various style of wine you can find in the area, of their stories and of the ones of the heroic winemakers that keep making them nowadays.
The experience will include a tasting of 4 wines, a white, an oxidative style white, a so called “Perpetuum” and a fortified, traditional Marsala, with our WSET3 certified wine expert to guide you through it.
Once on the spot, you can also ask for a cheese selection or a full dinner with pairings which is not included in the original price.
