Etna Craters & Lunch in Winery – Private Tour
Here is what's in store for you
Experience the inspiring landscapes of Mount Etna, Europe’s tallest active volcano, with an exclusive private tour guided by a local expert. This one-of-a-kind adventure takes you from the dramatic craters of Etna to a wine estate, where you’ll enjoy a tasting of Sicily’s finest wines paired with a delicious local lunch.
Your journey begins with a scenic drive through the rolling vineyards and olive groves of Sicily’s countryside. As you ascend the ash-strewn slopes of Etna, your guide will unveil the legends and myths surrounding this legendary volcano.
Upon arrival at Rifugio Sapienza (1,900 meters above sea level), you can explore the famous Silvestri Craters or opt for an additional cable car and 4x4 ride to the summit, where you’ll witness the striking landscapes formed by ancient lava flows.
After this exhilarating volcanic adventure, you’ll descend to a picturesque winery nestled in Etna’s foothills. A local winemaker will introduce you to the unique viticulture of the region, followed by a wine tasting and organic lunch, all set against the breathtaking vineyard scenery.
