The tour begins with a visit to Sokol Grad, a medieval defensive fortress with stunning views over the valley. Recently restored, the castle holds historical artifacts dating back to the late Copper and early Bronze Age. Be prepared for some uphill walking, as the climb to the top offers spectacular panoramas.
Next, you'll visit a family-run agro-tourism farm, where you’ll enjoy a tutored tasting of four wines, an introduction to local winemaking traditions, and a three-course traditional lunch with wine. Fish and vegetarian options are available, and all food is made fresh on the farm. The experience is completed with a grappa, arancini, liquor, and olive oil tasting.
