Discover the secrets of Primitivo: Wine Tasting at Jorche

Upon your arrival at Antica Masseria Jorche, you will be offered a welcome aperitif consisting of their Dipinta - Negroamaro del Salento IGP accompanied by homemade friselle topped with fresh cherry tomatoes and the estate's extra virgin olive oil.

You will then proceed with a guided tour of the vineyards around the cellar, followed by a tour of the winery's underground cellar, where you will have the opportunity to taste one Primitivo taken directly from the Barrique. Afterward, the same type of wine - Primitivo di Manduria - will be tasted from the bottle. This way, you will be able to compare an aging wine with the end product, all accompanied by a tasting of pecorino cheese produced locally.

At the end of the guided tour, you will be offered a tasting of Jorche's Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Dolce Naturale accompanied by pezzi duri, typical pastries from Puglia made with almonds.
