This experience at Citille di Sopra begins with an introduction to the estate's history, followed by a vineyard tour, where the cultivation techniques used to produce high-quality grapes are explained. The tour continues inside the winery, offering insight into the winemaking process, from vinification to bottling.
The highlight of the experience is a gourmet lunch in the panoramic tasting room of Citille di Sopra, where guests will enjoy dishes prepared by owner Fabio, expertly paired with the estate’s wines: Toscana Rosso IGT, Rosso di Montalcino DOC, and Two Brunello di Montalcino DOCG wines.
The menu includes:
- Appetizer: Bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, mixed crostini, and a platter of cured meats.
- First Course: Pappardelle with wild boar ragù.
- Main Course: Grilled steak with roasted potatoes.
