A guided visit to the vineyard follows, where the cultivation techniques used at Citille di Sopra are explained, highlighting the estate’s commitment to quality and tradition. The tour then moves to the winery, offering insights into the entire winemaking process, from vinification to bottling.
The experience concludes with a tasting of Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino, accompanied by a bruschetta drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and a selection of cured meats, including prosciutto, salami, and capocollo.
