Upon arrival, you'll be taken on a walk through the vineyards to learn about Emilio Sciacca's production philosophy. Next, inside the Palmento, you'll enjoy a tasting of 2 wines paired with a hot and cold appetizer made with local products and a seasonal first course. Finally, you'll enjoy a homemade dessert and a glass of sweet wine.
The winery's local wine experts will help you identify the organoleptic traits of the wines, among the poorest in sulfites in the national winemaking scene, a perfect example of the winery's constant dedication to natural and genuine production.

Good but not great
I didn't know the place, I discovered it thanks to a tour voucher that was given to me as a gift, and I must say it was a nice discovery. The winery tour was nice and interesting, the person who told us the history and the production phases was very helpful and thorough. I expected something more from the lunch and a little more attention during the wine tasting. I was disappointed that no DOC was included in the tasting.
We were asked to pay an extra amount on top of the one listed on the website because they say it hasn't been updated, the staff was really kind and helpful and overall the experience was definitely positive.

A place where you can breathe genuine air made of country scents, quality foods and glasses of wine that perfectly accompany the spectacular view of the great volcano! Absolutely recommended.
Advertise on-site what can be visited in the surroundings within a 15 km radius... a map-like installation would be nice where the tourist can get their bearings and spend a few more hours nearby. It's true that with Google you can do this and more, but I think it could be something easy to create and useful for the visitor.
