The Etna Technical Wine Tasting and Vineyard Tour of Emilio Sciacca is an unmissable experience for those who want to learn more about the Etna DOC wines, produced on Europe's highest active volcano.

During the first part of the experience, a local wine expert will accompany you on a short tour of the winery to introduce their production philosophy.  Discover all the passion and care that the winery dedicates to careful and nature-friendly production, in a totally eco-sustainable and plastic-free system, marked by the canons of organic and traditional agriculture.

Afterward, you will be taken inside the ancient Palmento where your experience will continue with a technical tasting of 4 Emilio Sciacca wines, two whites and two reds, accompanied by bread and Etna olive oil.
