MEGRES Experience: Vertical Wine Tasting at Collespino Winery

Experience the MEGRES Vertical Tasting at Collespino Winery, surrounded by the peaceful landscapes of Umbria, and discover how time shapes the character of one of the estate's most representative wines.

You'll be welcomed by Augusto, the winery owner, who will personally guide you throughout the experience. The visit begins with a walk through the vineyard, where you'll learn about the estate, its terroir, and the cultivation of the vines before continuing to the tasting room.

The experience includes a guided vertical tasting of 3 vintages of MEGRES IGP Umbria, all red wines, allowing you to compare the evolution of the same label over time:

As you taste each vintage, Augusto will explain how ageing influences the wine's aromas, structure, balance, and elegance, offering a deeper understanding of Collespino's production philosophy and the expression of the Umbrian terroir.

The tasting is accompanied by a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, carefully chosen to complement the wines.

Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult and will receive a soft drink and a local platter instead of the wine tasting.
