ORION Experience: Vertical Wine Tasting at Collespino Winery

Experience the ORION Vertical Tasting at Collespino Winery, surrounded by the peaceful landscapes of Umbria, and discover the elegance and longevity of the estate's most representative IGP Umbria red wines.

You'll be welcomed by Augusto, the winery owner, who will personally guide you throughout the experience. The visit begins with a walk through the vineyard, planted in 2006, where you'll learn about the estate's terroir and vineyard management before continuing to the tasting room.

The experience includes a guided tasting of 3 iconic IGP Umbria red wines, allowing you to compare different labels and vintages while discovering how time shapes their character:

As you taste each wine, Augusto will explain the characteristics of every vintage, the winery's production philosophy, and how ageing contributes to the structure, balance, and complexity of these wines.

Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult and will receive a soft drink and a local platter instead of the wine tasting.
