Castello di Torre in Pietra is a historic winery located just outside Rome. Carved into the stone in 1635, our cellar embodies a long family tradition that continues today, with an even stronger commitment to expressing the indigenous grape varieties of the Roman coast.
During the experience, our sommelier will guide you through the cellar, unveiling the secrets of our winemaking process. The visit will be followed by a guided tasting of 3 of our most representative wines, paired with a lunch at our restaurant featuring ingredients produced on the estate or sourced from local farmers.
The menu will feature high quality cold cuts and cheese from local farmers, vegetables from our garden in different preparations, our own produced organic pasta with a seasonal condiment and a traditional desert.
