Experience the joy of Italian cooking in Rome with this semi-private class led by a MasterChef Italia contestant. In a luxury cooking school limited to just six guests, you’ll learn to prepare authentic Roman pizza, focaccia, supplì, and a delicious Nutella dessert from scratch.
The experience begins with a glass of Prosecco and a selection of cured meats, cheeses, and olives to welcome you in true Roman style. Then, at your fully equipped workstation, you’ll prepare your own pizza dough to take home, and use a pre-risen dough to make your Margherita teglia-style pizza. Next, craft golden focaccia topped with mortadella, stracciatella, and pistachios, a classic Roman combination.
The lesson continues with Supplì, the beloved Roman rice balls stuffed with cheese and tomato sauce. Finally, finish with a sweet pizza-dough pocket filled with Nutella. After cooking, enjoy your homemade dishes with a glass of wine, followed by limoncello to complete the meal.
