Hosted at Cantina Mir in Locorotondo, this guided tasting features four wines, each carefully paired with local food to highlight the character of the wines.
The experience includes a curated selection of fresh and aged local cheeses, vegetables preserved in oil, friselle, and traditional Apulian condiments such as olive pâté, quince jam, extra virgin olive oil, and grape must.
