Campo Dottore – Oltrepò Pavese DOC Riesling

Fioravanti – Pinot Nero dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC

Siliquastro – Sangue di Giuda dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC

The tasting is accompanied by a generous board of typical local products: Varzi DOP salami, Parma IGP coppa, pancetta, Grana Padano DOP, fresh goat cheese, savory tart, bread and focaccia. To finish, a homemade dessert, water and coffee are included.

Calatroni’s Tasting
Excellent tasting together with my Finnish friend/guest: we appreciated the friendliness with which we were welcomed and accompanied on the winery tour. The wines, multi-award-winning, are of great quality and were served with a tasty platter with local delicacies.
The Metodo Classico and the extra-brut Rosé are superb!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
We booked a winery tour + lunch with a charcuterie board. What can I say, everything was perfect: the one-hour tour, very well-structured and with interesting and professional explanations. The lunch with the “platter” option, exceptional in both quality and quantity. Perfect wine pairing for each course. Kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff, excellent service.
We recommend it and we will be back

Very satisfied with this tasting, starting with the narration by your expert regarding the process of transforming grapes into wine.
The charcuterie board and the 4 wines tasted were excellent.
