Live a journey of discovery into the history of winemaking, from the Renaissance to the present day, and discover how the noble families who own these ancient villas and historic wine farms have preserved and improved traditional winemaking techniques over the centuries.
In each of the wineries you'll visit, located in the world-famous Chianti Colli Fiorentini, Chianti Rufina, and Chianti Classico wine zones you will enjoy a tasting of 5 wines among the best Tuscany reds from reserva to cuvés, including some unique white wines and the local dessert wine Vinsanto, all paired with fresh and delicious local products such as cheese and cold cuts.
Before the privately served tasting you will be guided through the visit of the winery's historic cellars and some parts of the estate by a knowledgeable enologist, experiencing a 2-hour immersion into each winery's history and wine culture. This 1-day wine itinerary will also allow you to taste some of Tuscany's finest extra virgin olive oil.
