We’ll take you to visit a vineyard located in the UNESCO World Heritage area, sharing all the details of the wine’s 500-year history — from vine planting to grafting, pruning, and harvesting in the traditional “currais” that protect the grapes from the wind.

You’ll also see the “relheiras”, the grooves carved into the lava by ox carts that transported barrels to the “rola-pipas”. The Wine Museum complements this experience perfectly.
