The lunch includes a rich Tuscan platter with typical cured meats, mixed bruschetta, and a selection of Tuscan pecorino cheeses, followed by a traditional Tuscan first course. During the meal, you will also taste the estate’s extra virgin olive oil, appreciating its intense and elegant aromas.
To conclude, dessert offers a refined pairing between chocolate and the wine Sottobosco, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and structure.
