“San Gimignano” Wine Tasting at Palagetto winery

Enjoy a classic Tuscan wine tasting experience at Azienda Agricola Palagetto, located in the heart of San Gimignano, one of Tuscany’s most iconic wine destinations. This experience is designed for wine lovers who wish to discover the winery’s production through a guided and convivial tasting, paired with traditional local flavors.

The experience begins with a warm welcome at the winery, where the staff will introduce you to the tasting you have selected. After a brief overview of the Palagetto family history and the estate’s philosophy, you will start a guided tasting of 5 wines, representing the diversity and identity of the territory.

Each wine is paired with a rich Tuscan tasting board, featuring typical local cured meats, mixed bruschetta, and a selection of Tuscan pecorino cheeses. During the tasting, you will also sample the estate’s extra virgin olive oil, known for its intense and elegant aromas.

The wines included in the tasting are: Spumante Bianco “A LUI”, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti Colli Senesi, Solleone, and Passito served with cantucci, offering a complete journey through Palagetto’s wine production in San Gimignano.
