Enjoy a guided tasting experience featuring six distinct wines from Quinta da Centieira – Scalab Wine Estate. This exclusive lineup showcases a range of styles and aging techniques, offering a deep dive into the estate’s winemaking philosophy.
The tasting begins with the Reserva Rosé Syrah, Provençale in color, offering a refreshing yet gastronomic profile. It continues with two white wines: the Reserva Sauvignon Blanc and the Reserva Viognier, both aged for 18 months—9 months in French oak barrels and 9 months in the bottle—highlighting elegance and complexity.
The red selection includes the Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon and the Reserva Syrah, each aged 24 months—split evenly between oak and bottle aging—bringing structure and depth. The experience concludes with the Grande Reserva Red Field Blend, a bold combination of Syrah and Touriga Nacional, aged for 30 months (18 in French oak and 12 in bottle), delivering a powerful expression of the Quinta da Centieira's terroir.
