Visit & Tasting of 5 Wines With one of the Winery's Family Member of Quinta do Porto Nogueira

Quinta do Porto Nogueira is a historical winery dating back to the first half of the 18th century and has always been owned by the same family. Since 2004 it is a Casa Romana Vini Estate.

Vineyards have been the main crop of Quinta do Porto Nogueira since 1738, where the vines extended through the valleys and plains. Currently, replanted on its original terroirs, the vineyard is found around the Main House and the Winery.

The experience begins with a guided tour of the facilities of Quinta do Porto Nogueira, during which you will get to know the Winery, where the traditional and ancestral architecture was respected, equipped with modern technology, structured, and focused on the production of the best quality wines, in small batches. While visiting the winery, you will get to know all the stages of transformation, from the vineyard to the bottle.

At the end of the tour, in the Tasting Room, you'll watch a short film, and then it will be time for the wine tasting. You will have the opportunity to taste 3 wines, which will be chosen at the moment, being 1 Harvest, 1 Monovarietal, and 1 Reserva. The tasting will be accompanied by bread and a small selection of local cheese and sausages.
