At Saglietto Azienda Agricola, nestled in the hilltop hamlet of Poggi in Imperia, you will experience the authentic charm of Liguria di Ponente through a guided tasting of the estate's wines and olive oil. This immersive experience begins under the shade of a centuries-old maritime pine or in the warmth of a stone-walled oil mill, depending on the season. You’ll enjoy three unique interpretations of local varieties, Pigato and Vermentino, produced on southwest-facing vineyards kissed by the sea breeze.

The tasting is complemented by a selection of traditional Ligurian bites: focaccia, torta verde or farinata, and their signature Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil. Let yourself be guided through this sensory journey while admiring the breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding hills, a perfect blend of nature, wine, and culture.

Where we are and how to reach us

The entrance in Via A. Carli 21 is accessible only on foot. To reach the town of Poggi, we recommend taking "Strada Comunale Poggi - SP 96" (do not take the detour to Salita Aicardi). Once you have parked your car in the church square, proceed towards the sea in the pedestrian alleys. In about 4 minutes you will arrive at the company.

Seniors' Year Group Outing to Azienda Agricola Soglietto

Very warm welcome.
Interesting tour through the small wine museum.
The wine tasting was great.
Detailed explanations for each wine and for the olive oil.
We had the Platinum tasting and were thus also able to taste a really good vermouth and a grappa.
The Ligurian specialties served with it were very good.
Definitely get at least the Platinum tasting.
The wines were all delicious.
Only white wines are produced.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The Azienda Soglietto also rents rooms and is located on a plateau with a priceless view of the sea.
