Begin your experience with a scenic walk through the vineyards of Fontanacota, where Ludovico will introduce you to the essential elements behind great wine, from the influence of nature and grape varieties to cultivation techniques.

The journey continues at Agriturismo Benza, where the estate’s oenologist will guide you through a tasting of four wines, including Vermentino DOP and Pigato DOP from the Riviera Ligure di Ponente, as well as Sciac-trà and Ormeasco di Pornassio DOP. Each wine reflects the character of this unique territory and its traditions.

The tasting is accompanied by a selection of local delicacies, including canapés with extra virgin olive oil and vegetable creams, Taggiasca olives, a platter of cheeses and cold cuts with fresh vegetables, and seasonal fruit, creating a harmonious pairing between wine and regional flavors.

To complete the experience, you will enjoy a guided visit to the Benza Oil Mill, discovering the production of high-quality olive oil and deepening your understanding of the region’s gastronomic heritage.
