Mulinero Vertical Wine Tasting with Local Platter at Tenuta Malavasi in Pozzolengo
Here is what's in store for you
Your experience at Tenuta Malavasi is hosted by Fabio, the estate's hospitality manager. The tasting is dedicated entirely to Mulinero, one of the winery's most representative labels, produced in limited, numbered bottles from 100% Petit Verdot grapes.
In the estate's tasting room and shop, you will take a seat at your table for a guided mini-vertical tasting. To understand how the wine evolves, you will taste and compare three different vintages of the red Mulinero – 2020, 2019, and 2018. Fabio will guide you in noting the differences in structure, aroma, complexity, and maturity between each vintage.
The tasting is paired with a platter of local and regional products, which may include Grana Padano, Asiago DOP, Parma ham, Brescian salami, local coppa, and mortadella. Please note that this experience takes place in the tasting room and does not include a tour of a production area or cellar. After the tasting, you will have the opportunity to purchase the estate's wines.
