Standard Wine Tasting at Gikas Winery in Spata

Gikas Winery has been dedicated to vine cultivation and winemaking for four generations. Located in Spata, East Attica, the winery welcomes visitors into a distinctive setting whose architecture is inspired by the old classical houses of Athens.
The experience begins with a guided winery tour, where you will learn more about the winery’s history and the main stages of wine production. Afterwards, enjoy a tasting of 6 Gikas wines, including 2 whites, 1 rosé, 2 reds, and 1 sweet wine. The tasting highlights Greek grape varieties such as Assyrtiko, Savatiano, Malagouzia, and Vradiano, alongside selected French varieties including Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Your tasting will be accompanied by a plate of Greek cheeses and breadsticks, offering a pleasant and authentic introduction to the wines of East Attica.
