Our first stop on this wonderful tour will be the stunning Pena Palace, an architectural masterpiece perched atop the hills of Sintra. Here, you will have the opportunity to observe the magnificent architectural styles of the Palace's exterior in a unique way and discover the beautiful gardens surrounding it.
Feel the magic surrounding you in this historic place through the visit to the exterior of the Palace, to the grandeur of Caminho de Ronda, a balcony that surrounds the Palace, offering incredible views of the imposing Castelo dos Mouros, the mystical Quinta da Regaleira, and the Atlantic Ocean. You can also visit the Chapel, and the Interpretive Center, enjoying the spectacular panoramic views from each patio and balcony within the Palace grounds.
Our next stop will be the town of Sintra, which is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you'll be enchanted by the scenic beauty and exuberance of this fascinating town, characterized by its natural settings and charming streets, where you'll have free time to stroll around and have lunch (which is not included in the tour).
In the afternoon, the tour continues to Cape Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, where you will also have time to observe the spectacular views of the ocean and take memorable pictures.
Afterward, you will have the opportunity to visit a fantastic wine estate. First, you will be able to visit the estate's century-old cellar, where the production, vinification, bottling, and aging processes carried out by the winemakers who work there will be explained. The end of this memorable experience is marked by a tasting of three premium-quality wines.
Before returning to Lisbon and bringing this fantastic day to an end, you will also have the opportunity to visit Cascais, a charming seaside town, where you will have free time to relax a little, explore its picturesque streets, and take in the Atlantic breeze.

The tour departs from Living Tours Lisboa - Rua da Conceição 23 25, 1100-151 Lisboa, Portugal. The drop-off will be in Martim Moniz - 1100-241 Lisbon (500 meters from the tour office).

The itinerary may be subject to change, however, the tourist attractions to be visited will always be the same. The Pena Palace is not accessible to people with reduced mobility due to the existence of steps and climbs along the entire route. We recommend that you arrive at the pick-up point 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.Frequently Asked Questions
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, as the trip includes walking. Due to Sintra's microclimate, we recommend preparing for less favorable weather conditions, regardless of the time of year (possibility of wind and rain). In case of high risk of wildfires, the visit to Pena Palace will be replaced with a visit to Queluz Palace! In case of a strike, we will replace the Pena Palace with the Regaleira Estate.
