Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a guided walk through the estate’s vineyards, where our experts will introduce you to our cultivation techniques and the wide range of grape varieties used in the production of our wines.
The experience continues inside the winery with a guided tasting and sensory workshop, where you’ll explore the aromas, colors, and textures of wine in a multi-sensory way. This is not just a tasting—it’s an immersive workshop designed to deepen your understanding of wine’s sensory profile, expanding your perception through smell, sight, and taste.
Enjoy a tasting of 7 wines, each paired with traditional Tuscan specialties that reflect the soul of our land. You'll sample our extra virgin olive oil with a variety of Altopascio D.O.P. breads—made from flours including saffron and corn, turmeric, chestnut, and spelt—followed by bruschetta with tomato, Tuscan salami, spring cheese, and a curated selection of pecorino and ricotta cheeses, served with local honey. To complete the journey, fruit and dessert will be paired with the final wines for a sweet ending.
