Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed with a guided walk through our vineyards, where we’ll share insights into our cultivation methods and the diverse grape varieties we grow to craft our wines.

After the vineyard tour, you’ll be welcomed into our elegant tasting room for a comprehensive tasting of 8 to 9 wines, exploring the full expression of our winemaking philosophy. Each wine will be expertly paired with a curated selection of typical dishes from the Tuscan tradition, offering a journey through the authentic flavors of our territory.

Pairings include our estate’s extra virgin olive oil served with a variety of Altopascio D.O.P. breads (with saffron and corn flour, turmeric, and chestnut flour), bruschetta with tomato, our signature farmhouse crouton, Tuscan salami, and Tuscan pecorino. The tasting continues with a dish of traditional local pasta, followed by ricotta with honey, and ends on a sweet note with a typical Tuscan dessert.

This experience, guided by passionate experts, is perfect for those who want to deepen their knowledge of Tuscan wines and enjoy a rich sensory journey.

A well-rounded experience
We had a wonderful time. We did the experience with the light lunch and we are fully satisfied. We tasted 8 different wines, some truly very special, each accompanied by a local cuisine course. All with a view of the vines on the Tuscan hills. Very kind staff, especially Elena, the owner. A full and very satisfying experience. Highly recommended.

Wine Tasting with a Light Lunch
The tasting was wonderful. Very detailed explanation about the winery, the wines, as well as the production of the olive oil. The wines are very good and the food that was served with the wine tasting (different types of bread with olive oil, spaghetti with pesto, bruschetta, zucchini quiche, ravioli with tomato sauce, carrot quiche, raw ham, salami, cheese and a small piece of cake with the dessert wine). The winery is highly recommended. The value for money is very good. We would book this wine tasting again just like this anytime.

Although we had a misunderstanding upon arrival regarding the reservation, in the end they solved it wonderfully and we had a great experience, thanks Elena and Federica.
Good wines and an excellent pairing of Tuscan dishes and oil.
