Here is what's in store for you
San Gregorio is a family-run conventional Wine Estate in south Tuscany, producing Chianti. Here you will taste the true flavor of the local rural culture.
During the tour, you will visit the vineyards, production facilities, and the aging cellar, while the winery expert will explain the history and traditions of San Gregorio and the regulations of the DOCG production rules.
After the tour of the winery, to conclude the experience, you will taste three of the estate’s most representative wines with an explanation of their history through their labels.

Where we are and how to reach us
Località San Gregorio Chiusi 53043 Siena - It is easy to reach San Gregorio by car: it is in fact just 1000 meters far from the A1 Highway Chiusi Chianciano exit
At the A1 Highway exit follow the sign towards Chianciano Terme and drive further for about two hundred meters. On your right side, you will see the turn sign to Azienda Agraria San Gregorio. At the end of the white road, you will find the Winery and the Agriturismo
San Gregorio is also just few kilometers far from the train station in Chiusi and from the international airports of Perugia, Firenze, Fiumicino e Pisa.

Magnificent experience!
I thought I would have a quick and formal experience, something "hit and run" and instead...
Kaila (I hope I spelled it right) welcomed me as only "someone who cares about their work" knows how. She accompanied me around the estate, telling me the family history and making me understand what the work behind each product meant to them.
The wine tasting was fantastic, it all took place under a portico with a view of Val d'Orcia (but in case of bad weather they also have a dedicated area!).
I think I can only recommend both Tenuta San Gregorio and Winedering for the experience!
