The Pqlin winery awaits you in the heart of Roero for this experience.
The experience begins with a tour of the winery which includes an explanation of the winemaking and aging techniques.
Next, you will take a seat in Pqlin's tasting room to take part in a tasting of 6 wines: Roero Arneis DOCG, Roero Arneis DOCG Cortine matured in barrels, Langhe Dolcetto DOC, Langhe Nebbiolo DOC, Roero DOCG, and Barbera d'Alba DOC.
The wines will be accompanied by: cooked and raw salami, lard, Piedmont hazelnuts, vegetable omelets, vegetable ratatouille, and typical Piedmont cheeses.

A truly pleasant experience, in a wonderful place, where the attention to detail is evident and where you can taste excellent products. The explanation in the cellar and of each glass that is served is exhaustive and allows even those who understand less to perceive the details. The wine is very good, as is the food that accompanies each glass, and it's enough to replace a lunch. We had a really good time, we will definitely be back.
