Giacomo Costa: Wine Tasting and Cellar Tour in the Heart of the Roero

At Azienda Agricola Giacomo Costa, your experience begins with a warm welcome in the heart of the Roero hills. After a brief introduction to the estate, you will be guided through our historic cellar, where you will discover the winemaking techniques and traditions that define the Roero territory. This immersive tour offers a close look at our production areas, the aging room, and the stories behind the grapes that thrive in these unique sandy soils.

The visit continues with a tasting of 6 selected Roero wines, including Roero Arneis DOCG and Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC, served in our tasting room overlooking the hills. Each wine is paired with a selection of local products, such as artisanal grissini, Piedmontese cheeses, or cured meats, carefully chosen to enhance the aromas and structure of the wines. During the tasting, you will explore the sensory characteristics of each label and how it expresses the identity of Roero.
